- Breakfast: English muffin w/ PB, Coffee, Smoothie with Trutein, Strawberries, Banana, Water
- Snack: Apple
- Lunch: Mixed greens salad w/ carrots, radishes, broccoli, Sesame Ginger low fat dressing and Turkey Muffins; yogurt with protein powder and strawberries, Diet Pepsi
- Snack: Banana
- Dinner: Protein Shake, Atkins Meal Bar, water
- Activity: 20-30 minute weight session with cardio spurts
- I am at this point eating through all of my non-paleo items, as Monday starts my 7 day Paleo Challenge. Jennifer at Wine to Weightlifting has convinced me to give and honest effort and open mind the world of paleo for 1 week. So from Monday February 4 – Sunday February 10 I will be paleo-afied. I have a race on that Sunday (the 10th) so my normal go to meal of oatmeal or a english muffin before the race will be nixed and replaced with a protein shake – or frankly nothing at all. It’s only a 5k. I have run those on an empty stomach before.
- Today is the second week of classes for me. I am excited. I have done all the readings and assignments and feel like a good little student. I am already planning ahead and have decided to start work on my reflection papers for the internet course. I can get the readings done over the weekend and then start working on the papers next week. Better now than the week they are due. I also have a multi-genre project and a group presentation that has to be done online (Weird eh?) So that’s where I am at with school.

- That’s better! So yeah I am wearing this today. I love this shirt so much. It’s so comfortable and interesting looking. May be I am just a simple person, but I find it interesting.
- I need to buy a barbell. I don’t mind a used barbell. Where can I buy one with a set of weights to start? Preferably on the cheaper side?

- This whole not having my cell phone thing is really throwing me off. I keep looking for it on the table. This is annoying.
- I am in a meeting that is discussing why we are having this meeting. My head just exploded.
- My first CAPITALS game this season is on Sunday against the Penguins. I AM SO HAPPY. I am also running my Second Virtual Race tomorrow (5K part of my 7 miler) and then my first in person with other people race this year on 10th of February. I AM EXCITED!
Well I am off to run around like a crazy person.
